Biography
Franz was born in 1867. He was the son of Joseph Windisch-Grätz and Marie Taglioni.
He studied at the German University in Prague in the Faculty of Law.
Franz married Margarete Harrach, who was the daughter of Johann Nepomuk Harrach and Maria Margareta z Lobkowicz.
He passed away in 1947.
